Latino Student Leadership Conference

The 2020 IEFLP Summer Conference will take place Sunday, June 14th through Friday, June 19th at Idyllwild Pines Camp and Conference Center, Idyllwild, CA.

Before you you begin your online application, you MUST have all the required forms complete and ready to upload. YOU WILL NOT be able to submit your online application without uploading the required forms. You WILL NOT be able to save incomplete applications for a later time. STEP 1: Download and Print the forms below pertinent to your application:

1. School Transcript Request Form

2. Two copies of Letter of Recommendation Request Forms

3. Medical History and Release

4. Consent and Release Agreement

5. Code of Conduct

STEP 2: Complete the School Transcript Request Form and request your most current transcript from your school(s)

STEP 3: Select one teacher and one other adult who is neither your teacher nor a relative to write your recommendation letters.  Provide your selected individuals with the Letter of Recommendation Request Form

STEP 4: Upload all the completed forms identified in Step 1 to submit with your application

STEP 5: You are now ready to begin your online application!  Good Luck!
